General Manager

The General Manager leads the team to maintain our excellent customer service and ensure that the site is kept in tip top condition both inside and out to provide a quality venue for all occasions.

Events Co-ordinator

Our friendly, professional and dedicated Events Co-ordinator is here to help you plan your event from start to finish ensuring that all of your requirements are met and that everything runs smoothly on the day.

Catering Manager

Our experienced Chef turns out some top nosh, from a light bite to a full banquet. We have the facilities and staff to deliver whatever menu you choose for your special occasion.

Bar Manager

Our function rooms have dedicated bars which are well stocked with a good selection of beers, spirits and fine wines to suit all pockets and tastes by our in house Bar Manager. Specific drinks packages can be tailored to suit your occasion with prior planning.

Catering & Bar Staff

Happy to deliver your food and drink requirements and help with anything you may require at your event so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Receptionist

First port of call for any enquiries regarding using our facilities for your occasion, whether it be for a meeting, conference, wedding, party, presentation evenings. Our helpful receptionist will check out availability for you and arrange for you to view our facilities and meet with our Events Co-ordinator to help arrange your function.

Facilities Maintenance

The quality of our site is a main priority to keep us at the top of our game both inside and outside of the facility. Our Facilities Maintenance team are committed to maintaining our high standards at all times.

Our Venue

Sports

Shaw Lane is the premier multi sports complex in the area being the home of some of the region’s most ambitious sports clubs. Across our 18-acre site, you will find a sport for everyone; choose from rugby, squash, cricket, archery, football, self-defence, bowls and road running. Banqueting

We have five different function suites to play host to any occasion – birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, christenings, funerals, baby showers, school proms, family parties, presentation evenings, sports dinners. Our top quality catering options can be tailored to suit your taste and budget. We also have a team of resident DJ’s who can be booked for events. We go the extra mile to deliver a quality event to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

Wedding Day Dreams

Speak to our Professional Events Co-ordinator to find out how we can make your day special and hassle free. All weddings are planned to meet your individual needs whether you are looking for a full wedding package or a return celebration after getting married abroad. Meetings & Conferences

All of our function rooms have overhead projectors and screens with microphones. Wi-fi is available throughout the whole site free of charge. Flip charts, photocopying and pens are also available. We have a conference menu also available for full day events or just tea and coffees for half a day if it suits your needs.
